BMT Micro Payment Method Options

BMT Micro Payment Options

With each option, you are asked to submit contact information so that we can contact you should there be any problems processing your order. BMT Micro respects your privacy. It is our policy not to sell or give your contact information to any third parties. In certain cases we must provide customer information to the vendor of the product you are purchasing for your order to be completed. For more information, read our full Privacy Statement.

Credit Card
Product Registration Delivery Time: Immediate

We accept most major credit cards. For your order to ship without delay, you must give the billing address and ZIP code that your credit card statement is mailed to. We will not ship to a different address unless we have a faxed signature and can verify the "Ship to" address by phone. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to a different address than the credit card statement mailing address.

Switch/Solo
Product Registration Delivery Time: Immediate

Switch/Solo is processed the same as other credit cards, only in GBP. This option is only for those customers with Switch/Solo cards wishing to pay in GBP.

PayPal
Product Registration Delivery Time: Pending PayPal payment confirmation

By selecting the PayPal option, your information is queued in our system pending receipt of payment confirmation from PayPal. After entering your details on the order form, you will be presented with a PayPal link that will allow you to submit payment directly to BMT via PayPal. This link will also be delivered via email to the address you provide. Once we have received your PayPal payment, product registration details will be delivered.

Deutsche Bank
Product Registration Delivery Time: Pending Deutsche Bank wire transfer confirmation

Selecting the Deutsche Bank option will provide you with details on how to submit your payment in Euros via Deutsche Bank wire transfer. There will be an additional wire transfer fee of 7€ added to the order total when selecting this option. Once we have confirmation of the transfer, product registration details will be delivered.

Mail/Fax
Product Registration Delivery Time: Pending receipt of mailed/faxed order form and confirmation of payment details

Selecting the Mail/Fax option allows you to remit payment in any of the above forms (except PayPal) via postal mail or fax. Once you have provided your contact details, you will be presented with a printable form that you can mail or fax along with your check, money order, wire transfer confirmation or credit card details. Once we receive the form and confirm payment, product registration details will be delivered.

Purchase Orders
Product Registration Delivery Time: Pending receipt of mailed/faxed order form and confirmation of payment details or immediate if using credit card option

Purchase order are accepted by selecting the Mail/Fax option and remitting your payment with a copy of the invoice. There are a few special provisions however:

  • We require an actual Purchase Order Tracking Number, complete billing information, to include a contact name and a direct telephone number and email address(if available)
  • We require complete shipping information. A contact name, physical street address, state/province and postal code
  • All media, CDs, Floppy Disks, etc. is billed at an additional cost, when software titles are to be provided in physical form
  • Terms are NET 30
  • The order total must meet or exceed US$250.00 for all P.O. Orders
